Ordering / Shipping Guidelines
WEBSITE ADDRESS – www.rockymountainpopcorn.com You may order on-line through our secure website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. LARGE ORDERS – We can ship orders of any quantity. Please contact us for orders over 10 items so we can email you our easy shipping spreadsheet. GUARANTEE - It is our expectation that you will be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason we will replace your order, refund or credit your account, whichever you prefer. If you love our popcorn, tell a friend! If not, tell us. PAYMENT – we accept VISA and MasterCard. MADE FRESH - All of our products are made fresh to order. Every tin is packed by hand with fresh product just prior to shipping. HOLIDAY ORDERS - Due to the increased volume of orders during the holiday season, please place your order early to secure an on-time delivery. GIFT CARDS – Please be sure to add a one line gift card with your order if you so desire. TIN DESIGNS – We have a wide selection of tin designs in various sizes for a wide variety of occasions. We offer a special selection of holiday tins that change from year to year. Holiday tins will be available to ship November 20th. If your selection is out of stock at shipment date, we will substitute an alternative tin. DELIVERY / SHIPPING Shipping prices are based on domestic DHL Ground service (3 – 5 working days). Delivery is available Monday-Friday. Please provide a physical address as DHL is not able to ship to PO Boxes, APO’s or FPO’s. Please double check the "ship to" address to ensure order accuracy. Incorrect address will automatically have a $7.50 charge added to your credit card. TRACKING INFORMATION - We will automatically send you an email confirmation as long as you have provided us with a valid email address. You will also receive a tracking number from DHL after your order is fulfilled and the shipment has been processed. DHL or Rocky Mountain Popcorn Company will not call before delivering your order. SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII – Shipments are sent via Second Day air, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive. An additional fee based on the destination will automatically be added to your order. We prepare each order daily to be sure your order arrives fresh and in excellent condition. Rocky Mountain Popcorn Company will ship all orders without requiring a signature release; if no one is available to sign, DHL will leave your order at the door without requiring a signature. However, we strongly recommend that someone be present to accept delivery. If you're sending a gift, please notify the recipient that a perishable package will be arriving. Rocky Mountain Popcorn Company cannot be responsible or liable for deliveries where the customer is not available to receive the order.
