Our Signature product is our Caramel Popcorn. We use a very special proprietary formula of caramel flavor that we blend in with the rest of our ingredients to give our delicious Caramel Popcorn a uniquely rich caramel flavor. We bake in the caramel flavors right into our Caramel Popcorn.

We take our fresh popcorn, still hot from popping and mix it with the special caramel syrups in our enormous kettles. After this has been heated, we then have a Carmel Corn that is so delicious we dare anyone to compare ours to any other "so called carmel corn". To date, we remain unchallenged!!!

A lot of caramel popcorn companies use a simple process to sprinkle on a powder to flavor their popcorn, but at Rocky Mountain Popcorn Company we have a unique and special process that covers the popcorn evenly so that each kernel is bursting with flavor.

We air pop all of the corn that goes into our Caramel Popcorn. Air popping explodes the popcorn kernels into a gigantic size, without out the use of all that unwanted oil. Producing the tastiest, tender, flavorful caramel popcorn on the planet.

Next we put the popcorn through a special filtering system to remove the old maids, partially popped corn and small pieces, leaving only the best quality popped corn to move on to the next step - adding our caramel flavoring.

The popcorn goes to our special caramel flavoring stations where our unique special blend of caramel flavors and natural popcorn are evenly coated to give you the fullest flavored caramel popcorn in the known universe.

Then we put the caramel popcorn into a fresh cool air chamber to cool the product and seal in the flavor. We then run the caramel popcorn through another screening process. Finally the caramel popcorn is deliver to our 14 station computerized packaging machines where, the perfect amount of caramel popcorn is measured for quality control. We then perform one final step where the caramel popcorn is put through a metal detector to ensure customer safety. We are dedicated to your safety!

Our caramel popcorn bags are hot sealed, and dated with a special manufactures code, to track every bag and container, to the day, shift, and the very minute each caramel popcorn container is filled. We then carefully hand pack each bag of caramel popcorn in a sturdy case, to ensure the softest landing of the finished product, keeping the caramel popcorn from being broken or damaged.
